Sadie has lived most of her childhood and all her adult life in Inishowen. She is deeply connect to and loves the beautiful people of Inishowen and values her role in helping them to suffer less, using the tools she has learned over the years.
She has studied Psychology, Nutrition, GAPS, Systematic Kinesiology, Autonomic Response Testing and Bio Magnetic Therapy. She has practised as a Systematic Kinesiologist and GAPS practitioner for many years and has integrated the valuable elements of all her studies to create tailored solutions for her clients.
The teachers she learned from are world class in their field: Dr. Natasha Campbell McBride, Siobhan Guthrie, Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt and his team and Alison Astill-Smith to name but a few. All have offered very valuable tools and insight, which she has integrated into her practice.
Over the past twenty years she has developed a curiosity and problem solving attitude that makes her the eternal student, keeping up to date with current research. Her most recent attendance being at the Systematic Kinesiology Conference, presentations by Barbara Wren and Ralph McCutcheon and then at the Trauma conference in Belfast, presentations by Dr. Gabor Maté and Dr. Stephen Porges among others.
Because Sadie values Dr. Sandra Rose Michael’s EESystem as the most advanced healing and energising modality, she has recently taken up employment at Beyond Light Therapy, with Mohneesh and Josephine, where there will be many very interesting discussions and evolutions in health, and where she will continue her work and study, in areas particular to supporting the body’s detoxification process,
