The personal data (name, email and possibly phone number) is shared to a limited extent with third parties who we need to complete administrative tasks. 

To send out newsletters, Beyondlighttherapy uses a 3rd party company.

You may unconditionally unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time.

The Energy Enhancement system in BEYONDLIGHTTHERAPY,
Inishowen, County Donegal, Ireland- must not ever be touched or
moved under any circumstances, because the installation process has
perfect alignment to create an optimum quantum field. Otherwise there will be a fine of €5,000.

As you purchase our services, you must also register a private members
account with us costing 0.99 Cents/month. 

When you make a booking with our 48 Unit EE System, your booking details must match your ID or passport. You must bring your ID or passport when you attend your booked session.

Your responsibility remains as follows When you become a member of this website, and you make a booking you must acknowledge and agree that: 

1. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration
information, as requested, and inform us of any changes to your
registration information. 

2. You alone are solely responsible for the protection and confidentiality of
any personal information such as your password or membership
identification that may be issued to you or subscribed for you
by Beyondlighttherapy. 

3. All information provided to us by you for posting or inclusion on our
website, at any time, will become the property of Beyondlighttherapy 

4. To the extent that you provide personal data and personal

Privacy policy  

You must ensure the security and confidentiality of your registration details,
including any username and/or Password.  
If you lose your password access, you may reset your password via our booking portal.

UNIFYD Members 

UNIFYD Members qualify for their paid membership discount of 10% off all
Energy Enhancement System appointments, (worldwide).  
*Proof of membership (last monthly payment) booking will be required at your appointment.  

Beyondlighttherapy – information for Private Members 
Beyondlighttherapy commitment- 
We reserve the right to alter our service, change our pricing, and fully commit
to giving our customers notice upon such a decision of change happen.  
*Our private membership is a monthly contract at the cost of 0.99 cents/month. The membership can be cancelled at any time. BeyondLight Therapy reserves the right the to terminate any membership without prior notice. In that case your membership fee of 0.99 Cents will be refunded for the last month.

Booking and Cancellation Policy 

Appointments are paid for in advance of using the Energy Enhancement
System. Payment is made only through using our booking portal. We do not any refunds.

On rare occasions, prebooked group appointments can be handled by phone
or email.  

Most certainly be in touch for any alteration to the group arrangement should
it need rearranging.  

No Show Policy 
No refunds are given for no-shows. The reason for this is that all seats are pre-booked and we will not be able to replace your seat at the last minute with someone else.

In case of emergency or last minute changes you must give us 3 days notice (or 72 hours). We will then manually pre-book you for another time. 

Due to the seasonal changes in the weather in Inishowen, the electric may cut out. Should this be unfortunately when you are pre booked we shall honour your booking and do our best to notify you of these changes And make this pre booked appointment for another time (reschedule).

All sales are final unless we determine the next suitable booking you can avail
of after you contact us directly with a reasonable explanation. 
Also, we have made it possible that you may share packages and services
you have pre-purchased online with family and friends, by way of gift ideas and
paying it forward.

Right to Terminate 
Beyondlighttherapy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your
access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason
whatsoever, including without limitation -should you adapt another version
of beyondlighttherapys’ Terms and Conditions. 

In our commitment to maintaining a respectful and harmonious community, please be advised that we reserve the right to remove any member at our discretion, without the need for explanation, without prior notice.

Rest assured, should this rare circumstance occur, a full refund will be promptly issued, although re-entry to the community will not be permitted. Your understanding and cooperation in upholding our community guidelines are greatly appreciated
